1:1 Personalized Therapy
You might be here because something in your life keeps repeating. Patterns you can’t fully explain. Emotional reactions that feel bigger than the moment. Tension in your body that doesn’t seem to release, no matter how much you try to understand it.
Often, these experiences are rooted in earlier life events, sometimes subtle, sometimes clearly painful, that continue to shape how you feel, think and respond today.
In my 1:1 therapy sessions, I work holistically and personally, with you as a whole human being, not just your symptoms.
A holistic approach, tailored to you
With over 10 years of experience in psychology, cognitive behavioural therapy and holistic therapeutic work, I guide adolescents and adults through a wide range of challenges. My experience includes working with trauma, complex and multi-layered issues, systemic dynamics and self-destructive behavioural patterns.
Rather than focusing on quick fixes, we take the time to understand what is really going on beneath the surface, and how change can be integrated in a way that lasts.
Trauma is often a key reason people seek therapy. It can leave deep imprints not only in the mind, but also in the body and nervous system. Over time, these imprints may show up as recurring patterns, emotional overwhelm, disconnection, or physical tension, often without a clear conscious cause.
My approach to trauma is systemic and holistic. This means we don’t look only at you as an individual, but also at the systems you are part of: your family, relationships, work environment and social context.
We all move within multiple systems, and these systems influence each other constantly. Lasting change rarely happens by working on one layer alone. Together, we explore how these dynamics interact, and how you can relate to them differently.

Trauma can live in your body and mind long after the original experiences have passed. It may show up as anxiety without a clear cause, emotional reactions that feel out of proportion, difficulty feeling safe or connected, or physical symptoms you never linked to the past. Sometimes there is no single memory you can point to, but your body remembers.
Trauma does not only come from what happened. It can also come from what wasn’t there: emotional presence, safety, attunement, or unconditional love. Growing up without being truly seen, soothed or supported can leave deep imprints, even when there was no obvious crisis or event.
Whether trauma developed through one-time overwhelming experiences or through long-term exposure to stress, neglect or emotional absence, it can shape how you think, feel and relate, often outside of conscious awareness.
In my therapy programs, I work with both the nervous system and the emotional and cognitive layers, using a combination of holistic and evidence-based methods. We process trauma safely, gradually and at your pace, with your needs, boundaries and sense of safety at the centre of the work.
The process – At your pace
Every process starts with a no-obligation introductory meeting. This is a space for you to share what feels important, and for us to explore together what kind of approach will be most supportive.
Feeling safe and understood is essential. Safety is the foundation of any therapeutic process.
My work is grounded in trust, honesty and openness. I offer these fully, and I ask them in return. We don’t force change. If something feels out of alignment, we pause, reflect and adjust together.
This is your journey.
I walk beside you, with a gentle yet steady hand, as you reconnect with who you are beneath patterns, pain and survival strategies.
My Approach: A Holistic Approach
Each therapeutic process is unique. I work integratively, choosing methods that fit you and the phase you are in. My core approach is grounded in systemic work, mindfulness and behavioural insight, supported by techniques such as:
-
Family constellations and systemic work are powerful methodologies that provide insight into the unconscious dynamics within families and other systems. We look at the influence your family, relationships and other environments have on your life. This approach helps you break patterns that you may have unconsciously adopted. Together we discover how to move more freely within your relationships and systems.
-
Mindfulness is a powerful tool to bring more peace and clarity into your life. By being consciously present in the moment, you learn to deal with stress, emotions and thoughts in a different way. It helps you step out of automatic reactions and make conscious choices. Mindfulness promotes both mental and emotional balance and is an important part of my pathways, whether you are working on stress reduction, personal growth or strengthening your inner resilience.
-
Behavioral therapy helps you break patterns that are holding you back. Often these behaviors are the result of deeper emotions or thoughts you have developed. By consciously working to change behaviors, you create more freedom and opportunities in your life. Behavioral therapy is practical and focuses on teaching you new, healthy patterns.
-
Solution-focused therapy focuses not so much on the problem, but rather on finding solutions. Together we look at your strengths, abilities and what is already working in your life. This method is practical, positive and helps you to progress step by step. It gives you the tools to look at situations in a new way and to actively deal with them.
-
Breathwork and boxing therapy are forms of bodywork that help release stuck tension and trauma. Trauma and emotions are often unconsciously stored in the body, and by working with your breath and physical movement in a focused way, you can release them. This creates more balance between body, mind and feelings. Boxing therapy is an active way to release tension and process emotions physically.
-
In inner child work, we focus on the unconscious experiences and emotions from your childhood that can still affect you. Often old pain points from the past are the cause of behavioral patterns and feelings in the present. Working with your inner child allows you to heal at a deeper, emotional layer, which helps you stand more firmly in your adult self.
-
Through hypno-meditation we can work more deeply with the subconscious, which can be thought of as a form of hypnotherapy. This helps to break through blockages or limiting beliefs that are often at an unconscious level. This method offers the opportunity to work deeply on personal transformation and healing.
These methods are used intentionally, not all at once, and never as a goal in themselves, but to support awareness, integration and real change.
Duration of the treatment
The length of a therapeutic process cannot be predicted in advance. My intention is always the same: that we work together until you feel able to continue on your own.
The goal is not dependency, but self-reliance.
You gain insight, tools and embodied understanding that support you beyond the therapy room.
We work with mind, heart and body, three systems that are deeply connected, yet each need their own attention. Trauma, for example, often lives in the body on an unconscious level. This is why lasting healing requires more than cognitive understanding alone.
Integration happens when thinking, feeling and bodily awareness are brought together.

Couple Therapy
In couple therapy, the focus is not only on talking, but on understanding, experiencing and practicing together. Each partner brings their own history, coping mechanisms and ways of protecting themselves into the relationship. These survival strategies often show up in communication, conflict and distance, both visibly and invisibly.
In our sessions, we work step by step to uncover:
each partner’s survival and attachment patterns
the signals you give and receive (consciously and unconsciously)
where beliefs, triggers and reactions originate from (including trauma where relevant)
how these dynamics affect your relationship
how to create safety for honest, open communication
Because real change requires time and space, a single session is not recommended in couple therapy. Growth happens through a process, not a quick fix.
If the intention is to actively work with exercises and practical tools, rather than only talking, I strongly recommend the longer sessions (1.5–2 hours). These sessions offer the greatest opportunity to leave with clear insights and tools that can be applied immediately in daily life.
Rates:
€85 per hour
€120 per 1.5/2 hour session
Couple therapy is an investment in understanding, safety and connection , guided with clarity, care and depth.
P.S.
It is also possible to book a one-time session for specific methods, such as meditation, a family constellation, or Access Bars. If you need a single session for a particular technique, you can always discuss this with me.
