Mindfulness is the practice of being fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, without judgment. It is a different mindset then what we general are teacher at schools.
It can reduce stress, improve emotional regulation, and boost overall mental health.
Yes, it’s absolutely beginner-friendly and forms the foundation of many House of Mila programs.

Access Bars is an energetic healing technique involving gentle touch on 32 points of the head. These points store thoughts, emotions, and beliefs. When lightly touched, they help clear blockages, leading to:
Reduced anxiety and overthinking
Deeper sleep
Increased clarity and relaxation
Emotional release without storytelling
It’s non-invasive and suitable for everyone.
Combined with other therapies like family constellations, Inner Child work etc, it is extremely effective and supporting

Inner Child Work helps reconnect with the emotional part of ourselves shaped in childhood. This part holds deep memories, beliefs, and unmet needs that still influence our adult behavior, especially in relationships, boundaries, self-worth, and stress responses.
Why I believe in it:
Our inner child is the foundation of who we are. Healing this part helps us understand our patterns and unlock deep emotional growth. It’s not about blame, but about compassionately rewriting old scripts that no longer serve you. -
Family Constellation Therapy is a powerful systemic approach to healing family and ancestral patterns. It uses spatial positioning (in group or 1:1 settings) to reveal unconscious entanglements and help restore balance in the family system.
-
A facilitator guides you to explore a specific issue. Representatives (or objects in 1:1) stand in for family members or emotions. Deep insights often emerge beyond the rational mind.
-
Both. While rooted in therapy, it often touches spiritual and energetic dimensions. You don’t need to believe anything for it to work.
-
Boxing Therapy is a somatic healing method that blends physical movement with emotional coaching to help the body process suppressed emotions and stress responses that talking alone often can’t access.
When we experience trauma, stress, or emotional suppression, our body stores that energy in the muscles, nervous system, and posture. Over time, this can show up as:
Tightness in the chest or fists
Shallow breathing
Freeze or fawn responses
Repetitive, reactive behaviors rooted in unconscious beliefs (like “I’m not safe” or “I can’t express anger”)
Boxing movements provide a safe outlet for these internal tensions. You're not learning to fight others—you’re:
Activating your body to release fight-or-flight energy
Connecting with emotions like anger, sadness, or fear that have been pushed down
Reclaiming your voice and boundaries somatically
Gaining insight into how your body reacts to emotional charge
It’s especially effective for people who feel "stuck in their head," dissociate under stress, or have difficulty expressing themselves with words.
-
Somatic (body-based) therapies like:
Breathwork: Activates deep emotional release and nervous system regulation. Sessions may be activating or relaxing.
TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises): Uses natural tremoring to release stress stored in muscles and fascia.
These practices reconnect you to your body, helping it process what words often can’t.

Solution-Focused Therapy emphasizes what’s working, rather than just analyzing what’s wrong. Together, we co-create a clear vision of where you want to go, building on your existing strengths, resources, and what already brings you resilience.
This approach is future-oriented, practical, and empowering—and most importantly, it’s designed to help you become your own guide.
I find it deeply meaningful when clients reach the point where they say:
“I can do it myself now.”
That’s the goal: not dependency, but self-trust and lasting tools for your journey. -
I never promise fixed or instant healing.
Healing is a deeply personal journey. My role is to guide you back to yourself, help you understand your emotions and patterns, and give you practical tools. What you do with that insight is what creates transformation—sometimes gradual, sometimes immediate. -
There’s no fixed amount.
I don’t believe in pushing or stretching therapy. We follow your own rhythm:If you move faster than expected: we celebrate.
If your system needs more time: we honor that.
Therapy should meet you where you are, not force where you "should" be.

Yes—many of the people I work with are seeking relief from anxiety, burnout, or a persistent sense of being emotionally “stuck.”
What makes my approach different is that I don’t rely on one single method. I combine modern psychology with holistic therapy using both bottom-up (body-based) and top-down (cognitive/emotional insight) approaches to support deep and sustainable transformation.
Bottom-up work:
We work directly with the nervous system using somatic tools like:
Breathwork
TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises)
Boxing therapy
Sound and movement to release frozen stress patterns from the body
Top-down work:
I integrate for example:
Psychological insight from 10+ years of CBT, trauma work, and coaching
Mindfulness & Solution-Focused Therapy to shift mental patterns
Inner Child Work to explore the emotional wounds that shape how you respond to pressure, fear, or emotional shutdown
Family Constellations to identify inherited patterns or family dynamics that silently fuel emotional overload, perfectionism, or guilt
This holistic combination allows us to understand your experience not just intellectually, but to move it through your system and create space for new choices.
You don’t just learn how to cope—you begin to truly feel different.
