Welcome to your journey of self-discovery and healing!
Here you will discover why certain patterns and situations, continually recur despite all your efforts to avoid them.

The Inner Child is a term you've probably heard before in the world of self-help and psychology. It has been embraced by leading psychological thinkers such as Carl Jung and Sigmund Freud. This part of ourselves represents our innocence, sensitivity, playfulness, joy and wonder - traits that are not always valued in our modern society.

Why is the Inner Child so important?
Freud suggested that many destructive patterns of behavior and mental difficulties stem from this part of ourselves. Lack of understanding of our inner child can cause us to experience emotional problems and difficulties in relationships. Inner child work is about exploring these aspects of ourselves, finding balance between our adult self and our inner child, and restoring the connection between these parts.

But what does this mean for you?
Our Inner Child is shaped by our experiences in childhood and can still influence our adult lives. By connecting with our Inner Child, we can heal emotional wounds and develop a healthier relationship with ourselves. This can help us better cope with stress, anxiety and other challenges in our lives.

Your Inner Child is a beautiful, innocent part of you that longs for joy, creativity and wonder. In our modern society, childlike qualities are often undervalued, so our inner child sometimes feels unheard or misunderstood. It is important to realize that no one intentionally causes trauma. Even our parents had their own Inner Children with their own wounds and challenges.

By listening to our Inner Child and giving it the love and attention it deserves, we can understand and address our problems with relationships, addictions, fears and self-sabotage. By balancing our adult and child sides, we can find inner peace and harmony.

In addition to the regular Inner Child Therapy program, I also offer regular therapy tracks. In these programs I combine different forms of therapy, depending on your needs. During each session I tune in to your specific question or challenge at that moment, so we can work in a focused way on what is most relevant at that moment.

The forms of therapy I often use in these pathways include mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, guided meditation, family constellations and inner child work. These methods help to recognize, break patterns on both conscious and unconscious levels and heal any traumas.

Unlike Personal Retreats, where I design a customized program for an intensive experience, in my regular therapy programs I offer a flexible approach. This involves looking at your needs and goals on a session-by-session basis.

Each session lasts 60 minutes and is €65
