I bring over a decade of clinical experience in psychology and cognitive behavioural therapy, combined with a holistic and systemic approach. I also know this work from the inside, I’ve walked my own path through trauma, development and growth.

My core offer — 1:1 therapy that actually gets to the root

My work is personalised one-on-one therapy rooted in Systemic Work (Family Constellations), psychologie, mindfulness-based counselling and inner child work. Together, we explore where your patterns originate, in your family system, early experiences and survival strategies, so you can truly understand what has been shaping you.

From there, the focus shifts toward the present. Through mindful, solution-focused conversations, we work on changing how you relate to yourself: learning to regulate your emotions, nurture yourself and no longer depend on others for validation, safety or motivation.

I work holistically, head, heart and body, combining psychological insight with awareness and practical tools. Additional techniques such as hypno-meditation, breathwork, boxing therapy or energetic work are used when they support your process.

This is therapy that doesn’t stay in understanding, but helps you move forward with clarity, self-trust and agency.

Deep-seated beliefs about ourselves and our place in the world.

  • Do you ever wonder why you react so strongly, or shut down completely, in certain situations?
    Maybe you keep seeking validation, even when it drains you.

    That’s what trauma can do.
    It doesn’t always come from obvious events. Sometimes it’s the slow drip of not being seen, being told to “be strong,” or carrying responsibilities no child should carry.

    As children, we absorb everything.
    When the messages we receive are ones of neglect, disempowerment, or harm, we form deep beliefs about ourselves and our place in the world. Psychologists call them limiting beliefs. I call them survival strategies that outlived their purpose.

    In adulthood, they can show up as:

    • People-pleasing at the cost of yourself

    • Self-sabotaging when things go well

    • Feeling “too much” or “not enough”

    • Struggling to trust, connect, or rest

    Here’s the truth: these patterns are not who you are, they are what you learned to be.
