Family constellations and systemic work are powerful methodologies that provide insight into the unconscious dynamics within families and other systems. We look at the influence your family, relationships and other environments have on your life. This approach helps you break patterns that you may have unconsciously adopted. Together we discover how to move more freely within your relationships and systems.

Through hypnotherapy we can work more deeply with the subconscious, which can be thought of as a form of hypnotherapy. This helps to break through blockages or limiting beliefs that are often at an unconscious level. This method offers the opportunity to work deeply on personal transformation and healing, but in the soft form of meditation.

Mindfulness is a powerful tool to bring more peace and clarity into your life. By being consciously present in the moment, you learn to deal with stress, emotions and thoughts in a different way. It helps you step out of automatic reactions and make conscious choices. Mindfulness promotes both mental and emotional balance and is an important part of my pathways, whether you are working on stress reduction, personal growth or strengthening your inner resilience.

Access Bars is an energetic treatment method aimed at releasing limiting thoughts, beliefs and emotions. During an Access Bars session, 32 pressure points on the head are gently touched. These points, or "Bars," correspond to different aspects of your life, such as health, creativity, relationships and money. By activating these points, old patterns and blockages can be released, leading to more space and possibilities in your life.

Boxing therapy is a unique form of therapy that uses boxing exercises to get more in touch with your body and break through deeper emotional patterns. It is not about a boxing class, but about conscious bodywork that helps to process stress, trauma or suppressed emotions. You do not need to have experience with boxing; it is used as a tool to understand yourself better and become emotionally stronger. This therapy can be combined with other methods such as breathwork or family constellations, depending on what you need.

In inner child work, we focus on the unconscious experiences and emotions from your childhood that can still affect you. Often old pain points from the past are the cause of behavioral patterns and feelings in the present. Working with your inner child allows you to heal at a deeper, emotional layer, which helps you stand more firmly in your adult self.

Online mindulness course. The lessons consist of 1. an informative video, 2. a guided assignment, 3. an individual assignment and 4. homework. For some lessons you can also download supporting documents or audios. All this is intended to help you integrate mindfulness into your daily routines and develop awareness.

When the messages we receive are ones of neglect, disempowerment, or harm, we form deep beliefs about ourselves and our place in the world. Psychologists call them limiting beliefs. I call them survival strategies that outlived their purpose.In adulthood, they can show up as:
