My main work is personalised one-on-one therapy that integrates Family constellations, Hypno-meditation and Inner child work. I combine these powerful approaches so we can both reveal the underlying causes of your suffering and translate insights into practical change.
What this combination does:
Uncovers hidden family patterns and loyalties that keep you stuck (Family Constellations / Systemic Work).
Creates safe access to deeper feelings and memories, so they can be processed and transformed (Inner Child Work).
Uses focused, guided trance to anchor new perspectives and allow embodied change (Hypno-Meditation).
How I work
I work holistically, head, heart and body. My approach is intuitive and down-to-earth: I tune in to what your system shows in the moment, but I always bring clinical experience (psychology & CBT) and practical tools to each session. You’ll get clear steps, emotional space, and embodied practices that you can use in daily life. My style is gentle but firm: compassionate, direct, and focused on real results.

Access Bars is an energetic treatment method aimed at releasing limiting thoughts, beliefs and emotions. During an Access Bars session, 32 pressure points on the head are gently touched. These points, or "Bars," correspond to different aspects of your life, such as health, creativity, relationships and money. By activating these points, old patterns and blockages can be released, leading to more space and possibilities in your life.

In inner child work, we focus on the unconscious experiences and emotions from your childhood that can still affect you. Often old pain points from the past are the cause of behavioral patterns and feelings in the present. Working with your inner child allows you to heal at a deeper, emotional layer, which helps you stand more firmly in your adult self.
