The course consists of 7 lessons. The recommendation is to take 1 class each week, but feel free to adjust this to fit your schedule.
The lessons consist of 1. an informative video, 2. a guided assignment, 3. an individual assignment and 4. homework. For some lessons you can also download supporting documents or audios. All this is intended to help you integrate mindfulness into your daily routines and develop awareness.
