We’ll begin in stillness: pulling an oracle card to receive your personal action message, reflecting on what wants to shift, and lighting a candle to symbolize the start of your inner journey.

Then, we move into dynamic breathwork, activating the fire within through powerful rhythmic breathing, shaking loose what no longer serves, and returning to the heart.

As the energy softens, we’ll close with a grounding meditation, clearing and protecting your energy field so you leave calm, centered, and renewed.
